Delivery

We deliver across all UAE Emirates within 24 to 48 hours. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier conditions outside our control — if that happens, we will keep you informed. You can always reach us on WhatsApp for an update.

Returns and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. We will arrange a pickup and exchange at no cost to you. We do not offer refunds on change-of-mind returns, but we will always work with you to find a fair resolution.
